Delivery and shipping

Delivery

Orders will be sent by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express within 3 business days after receiving the order. If the shipment is delayed due to circumstances, we will contact you separately.
*For some remote islands, there are areas where delivery is not possible. In that case, after the automatic reply mail (order confirmation mail), we may refuse the order.
*Currently, overseas shipping is not supported.

The charge is 1,000 yen nationwide per address..

Multiple deliveries

Only one address can be delivered per order. In the case of multiple deliveries, please place another order. A shipping fee will be charged for each destination.

Returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or the product delivered is different from what you ordered.
We pay close attention to the delivery and quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the ordered product is different from the delivered product, or if the product is defective such as damage or stains, or if the product is damaged or soiled during delivery. If you have any questions, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item. We will bear the shipping cost for returned goods.
