Our Spirits begin as snowmelt that filters over 50 years through ancient granite before seeping from a spring high in the mountains. You can taste the mountains, the forest and the unique seasons in every drop.

There is a rhythm to village life here, with the turning of the seasons. Snowy winters give way to spring with a bursting of flowers and botanical life. Summer flows into fall, turning the leaves golden and red, the rice harvest and the inevitable return to snow season.
